Salary & Hours

  • Salary: TMS (not suitable for ECTs)
  • Working Hours: 0.8 FTE (4 days per week with potential to rise to 1 FTE in future) – Year 3 class
  • Contract: Permanent

Role Overview

Broadwater Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, and dedicated teacher to join our supportive team from April 2026.  Our school offers a creative curriculum designed to encourage deep and irresistible learning.   We strive for excellence in all we do, in our behaviour, through our learning and by the impact on our community and the wider world.  We have strong local links and very supportive parents and governors.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Have exemplary classroom practice
  • Demonstrate experience of teaching KS2
  • Show a strong commitment to raising pupil achievement
  • Be an active member of the staff team and contribute to the development of our school
  • Support all aspects of the school’s work, including its strong Christian ethos
