Year 4 had a great day at Fishbourne Roman Palace. We were able to see the breath-taking remains of Roman mosaics whilst exploring the exciting museum.  In our workshops, we were able to practice weaving wool, create mosaics from real tile remains, write our names using the Roman alphabet and even role-play life as a Roman kitchen servant! We also watched a short film to find out more about Roman life in the past, the history of the palace and how the remains were rediscovered under a field.
