• Contract: Fixed Term. Maternity cover (Temporary until Summer 2027)

Role overview

Broadwater Church of England Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dedicated teacher with Early Years (reception class) experience to join our supportive team from September 2026. 

Our school offers a creative curriculum designed to encourage deep and irresistible learning.   We strive for excellence in all we do, in our behaviour, through our learning and by the impact on our community and the wider world.  We have strong local links and very supportive parents and governors.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have exemplary classroom practice
• Demonstrate experience of teaching Early Years
• Show a strong commitment to raising pupil achievement
• Be an active member of the staff team and contribute to the development of our school
• Support all aspects of the school’s work, including its strong Christian ethos
