    Pupil Discipline Committee The Governing Board will act as a pool of Governors’ from which 3 will serve as a Pupil Discipline Committee. The Pupil Discipline Committee must not include the Headteacher.
    Staff Dismissal Committee and Dismissal Appeal Committee The Governing Board, with the exception of the Chair and Headteacher, will act as a pool of governors from which three will serve as the staff dismissal committee. A member of such a committee must take no part in any subsequent appeal hearing from their decision. The Dismissal Appeal committee cannot have fewer Governors than the first committee

    Pupil Admissions Committee

    		 The Governing Board will act as a pool of Governors’ from which an Admissions Committee can be formed to consider the admission of pupils at any time during the school year. The Admissions Committee must consist of the Headteacher and two other members of the Governing Board, one of whom one should not be a Staff Governor.

    Admissions Panel (Deferred Entry)

    		 The Governing Board will act as a pool of Governors’ from which an Admissions Panel (Deferred Entry) can be formed to consider the request for a deferred entry. The Admissions Panel (Deferred Entry) must consist of at least the Headteacher and two other members of the Governing Board, one of whom should not be a Staff Governor. The panel may also include Early Years education experts.
    Complaints Panel The Governing Board will act as a pool of governors from which 3 will serve as the Complaints Panel. One member of the panel should not be a Staff Governor.

    Nicky Dodds will act as the Staff Disciplinary (Appeal) Panel.
    Pay Appeals Panel The Governing Board, with the exception of Staff governors and any Governors who have previously been involved in the pay determinations, will act as a pool of governors from which 3 will serve as the Pay Appeals Panel.
